Highlights - Discover the wonder of the Northern Lights! - Photograph the Northern Lights under some of North America's most majestic and wild landscapes. - Learn about the culture and experience of America's Last Frontier. - Eat at authentic restaurants that epitomize the "Real Alaska." Description Stare into the night in wonder and witness the amazing aurora borealis. Each night, the skies come alive with the dancing and gyrating Northern Lights. Image landscape photography with the thrill of the hunt you'll find in wildlife photography. We'll travel afield and photograph the aurora each night at the best spots around Fairbanks. Each day, we'll take in museums, landscape photography, and other sites around town like Chena Hot Springs. The aurora is magical as solar flares collide with the upper atmosphere, creating a light show like you'll see hardly anywhere else but interior Alaska. Photography Workshop Dates COMING SOON! Seven days and 7 Nights Starts and ends in Fairbanks, Alaska Group Size We will limit this adventure to six (6) guests. Arrival City and Arrival City Airport Code Arrival and Departure City: Fairbanks, Alaska (FAI) Activity Level and Description This is an easy trip with little to no hiking and only a few short walks from the van. Accommodations We’ll stay in nice, popular brand hotels during the workshop. This trip is priced for each participant receiving their own room. If you prefer a room share, please inquire. Trip Leader Gratuities Gratuities are not required or expected but are appreciated if our guests feel exceptional service and value is provided. Cancellation Policy
To reserve a spot for this workshop, a deposit is required upon registration. If booking within 30 days of the start of the trip, the total cost of the trip is required in order to make a reservation. If final payments are not received within 45 days of the start of the trip, we are allowed to consider your reservation canceled and can offer that spot to someone else. If you do cancel, we require written notice in which cancellation fees in the following amounts will apply: If canceled 45 days or more prior to the start of the trip, the total cost of the deposit plus a $50 per person administrative fee. If canceled within 45 days prior to departure - the total cost of the trip fee is forfeited. No partial refunds will be made for any reason for parts of the workshop that are not used by the client, itinerary changes, or any unforeseen circumstances. Russell Graves reserves the right to cancel a trip for any cause.
