Here's what you can expect: Unforgettable Photography Opportunities: Capture incredible wildlife encounters, caving glaciers, and dramatic landscapes from the comfort of the yacht while also venturing out in kayaks and tender boats for unique perspectives. We'll photograph bears, sea otters, sea lions, whales up-close and a host of birds along the way. Intimate & Exclusive Experience: With only four cabins available (a Master Suite on the Main Deck and three Guest Cabins on the Lower Deck, each with a private shower & bathroom), you'll enjoy personalized service and a truly intimate setting. Aside from incredbile scenery, this time of year we can expect to see and photograph up-close bears, sea otters, sea lions, whales, and much more. Will we spend any time on land? Yes! The yacht is just the way we get from location to location. We'll spend a lot of time exploring the wilds of Alaska on land. What Do You Know About the Yacht? In the fall of 2023, I spent nine days aboard the Northern Song seeing the beautiful seascapes of Southeast Alaska. It's spacious and luxurious, the food is second to none, and there is even WIFI aboard. Will the Water be Rough? No. We'll be on the inside passageways and protected by the numerous islands that surround the beautiful blue waters of Southeast Alaska. Where do we Start and End? Petersburg, Alaska. What's Included? Lodging, meals, photography instruction, staff gratuities, and all boat-based activities. This trip is ALL-INCLUSIVE. All you have to do is get yourself to and from Petersburg, Alaska.
