Cancellation Policy

On this excursion, each participant must pay a $3300 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that goes directly to our travel partners in Costa Rica. A deposit is required upon registration to reserve a spot for this workshop. If booking within 90 days of the trip's start, the total cost of the trip is required to make a reservation. ​ If final payments are not received within 90 days of the trip's start, we can consider your reservation canceled and offer that spot to someone else. If you do cancel, we require written notice in which cancellation fees in the following amounts will apply: If canceled within 90 days prior to departure - the total cost of the trip fee (minus deposit) is forfeited. No partial refunds will be made for parts of the workshop that are not used by the client, itinerary changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Russell Graves reserves the right to cancel a trip for any reason. . To that extent, travel insurance is recommended for this and other trips. Please inquire about vendors for travel insurance.
