Highlights * September 14-20, 2025 * 7 days, 6 nights * All-inclusive (meals, lodging, and activities included). All you have to do is get yourself to and from Halifax. * Highlights include a helicopter ride out to one of Canada’s wildest places (Sable Island (watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=93CRLsaPsdU to be inspired. * Visits to seasides, fishing villages, and lighthouses along Nova Scotia’s rustic Atlantic coast * We’ve engaged with a long-time Nova Scotian tour provider who knows the area and we’ll get an insiders look at a beautiful part of Canada * We’ll limit this excursion to six (6) guests Here’s the itinerary: Sunday, September 14th Arrival Day * Introduction dinner * Halifax Harbour front walking tour Monday, September 15th Peggy’s Cove & Lunenburg An adventure to the most photographed lighthouse in North America with a visit to the colorful UNESCO village of Lunenburg. * Arrive at lighthouse * Explore fishing village * Polly’s Cove hike * Lunenburg Walking Tour * Explore the waterfront, Dory Shop, Ironworks, and rum-tasting Tuesday, September 16th Sable Island Today is the big day to explore one of the most wild and untamed places left on earth with wild horses, thousands of seals and centuries-old shipwrecks in the dunes. Sable Island or ½ day Halifax city tour in the afternoon Wednesday, September 17th Sable Island (Back-Up Date) Spend a half-day photographing the vibrant art, architecture and historic sites of Atlantic Canada’s biggest city! Thursday, September 18th Journey across the province to experience the world’s highest tides at the Bay of Fundy and learn about the emerging award-winning wineries of this region. * Grand Pre National Historic Site * Blomiden Look Off vantage point * Halls Harbour low tide Friday, September 19th The Eastern Shore is an under explored gem of working fishing villages and we will take an elevated hike through the changing fall foliage and traverse the rugged coastline home to burgeoning surf culture in the North Atlantic. We travel north and east along the coast from Halifax to photograph the beaches, surfing, fall foliage and more. There are great opportunities to work on long-exposure imagery, landscape and drone photos. Saturday, September 20th Our last day together before wrapping up this incredible week-long adventure with a morning photo shoot and transport to the airport.

Cancellation Policy

On this excursion, each participant must pay a $4825 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that goes directly to our travel partners in Alaska. A deposit is required upon registration to reserve a spot for this workshop. If booking within 90 days of the trip's start, the total cost of the trip is required to make a reservation. ​ If final payments are not received within 90 days of the trip's start, we can consider your reservation canceled and offer that spot to someone else. If you do cancel, we require written notice in which cancellation fees in the following amounts will apply: If canceled within 90 days prior to departure - the total cost of the trip fee (minus deposit) is forfeited. No partial refunds will be made for parts of the workshop that are not used by the client, itinerary changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Russell Graves reserves the right to cancel a trip for any reason. . To that extent, travel insurance is recommended for this and other trips. Please inquire about vendors for travel insurance.
